The damaged or defective product clearly visible
Please note: Claims without proper video proof may be declined.

4. Review & Response Timeline
Our support team will carefully review your request.

5. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:

The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the product was delivered damaged.
6. Situations Where Refund Will Not Be Approved
Refund requests will not be accepted if:
