Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in cases where the product received is damaged or defective.

  • The item should remain unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.


2. Compulsory Unboxing Video Proof

To initiate a refund request, customers must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video that shows:

  • The sealed parcel before opening

  • The package being opened

  • The damaged or defective product clearly visible

Please note: Claims without proper video proof may be declined.


3. Refund Request Procedure

To apply for a refund, please email the following details:

  • Unboxing video

  • Order ID

  • Full Name

  • Registered Mobile Number

Incomplete details may delay the process.


4. Review & Response Timeline

Our support team will carefully review your request.

  • You will receive an update within 4–5 working days.

  • After discussion between the customer and our support team, the final decision will be communicated.


5. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the product was delivered damaged.


6. Situations Where Refund Will Not Be Approved

Refund requests will not be accepted if:

  • An unboxing video is not provided.

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.

  • The claim is raised beyond the 48-hour window.
